  This location always provides excellent service and the team there has a great attitude. The service is quick and efficient and beats having to leave your ride somewhere for hours in a queue with other repairs ahead of you and beats having to do it all yourself. Excellent value, convenient, and good team all around.

  Alan was not friendly in any way shape or form and seemed as though he was completely miserable and hates his job. I was there for almost an hour even though I pulled directly into bay 2 once I arrived. There was an issue of them somehow not knowing what part they needed to put back on even though the part they took off told them what to put back on (I eventually heard them talking about it after no one bothered to let me know what was going on while they were all just under my hood staring like they had no idea what to do). And on top of that even with a $25 off coupon I STILL paid $92 freakin dollars which is absolutely insane. I will NEVER return and I will make sure no one I know does either.

  They were able to get me in quickly for an oil change and tire rotation, but didn't have the oil filter or cabin filter our vehicle needed in stock. They were able to get an oil filter from a nearby store but couldn't find the cabin filter. Those are somewhat understandable issues that they likely had no control over, but the other issues were definitely theirs to own. The first concern was that, despite me specifying my TPMS showed all four tires overinflated and asking if they could check them, they put on the receipt that they checked them and they all happened to be at the recommended PSI. They were still overinflated as soon as I drove off. Second, they scanned my $20 off coupon but didn't actually apply it. I didn't know this until I left because they didn't provide a printed invoice, just a printout of recommended services. I only realized it when I checked my email and accessed the receipt there. Thirdly, and worst of all, they lifted my vehicle up for the tire rotation while I was still in it. Thankfully, nothing went wrong as far as that goes, but it's a bit unnerving to watch them jostle the vehicle to make sure it's secure while I'm sitting in it. Also, I wanted to make sure I wasn't overreacting so I checked the website to see if I should have been in the vehicle during the tire rotation and their website clearly says, "At Valvoline Instant Oil ChangeSM, your safety is our priority. And because it’s unsafe to be in a vehicle that’s on a lift during a tire rotation, we ask guests to visit our waiting room." This is what I expected based on my previous experience at other Valvoline locations and even brought a book to read while I waited but, to my surprise, I didn't get a chance to read it due to being suspended in the air while they worked on the vehicle. As a fourth concern, moreso for the safety of the employees but also due to my concern for potential damage to our vehicle, two of the employees had to raise each side of the front up so they could get some sort of jack or lift support under it before lifting it. That can't be safe for them and likely isn't great for our vehicle either. I also had a bit of sticker shock to see that an oil change, air filter replacement, and tire rotation now costs almost $200 (especially since my coupon wasn't applied), but combining that with the above concerns made it pretty easy to decide I won't be returning there for any other services. This was our first experience with a lube shop since moving to western Kentucky and I couldn't be more disappointed.

  I came in at 4:50 pm not realizing they closed at 5pm. He waved me in and did not act like I was a problem at all. I really appreciated that! I know what it's like when someone comes in last minute and your wanting to go home. He was super nice and I won't forget that. I think his name was Allen.
