  Extremely happy with my service, at this place of business. I purchased a set of tires on Thursday and left my vehicle over night so they could start on it first thing Friday, I became very sick and was unable to go get my vehicle so they kept it indoors for two nights and ended up bringing it to me on a Saturday because I was still sick and wouldn’t be able to get til Monday morning. I call that over and above service. Thank you. You have earned a loyal customer.

  I will never buy tires any where else but at Raben Tire! They have great prices on tires along with a knowledgeable service department. There is over 30 years of experience at Raben that gives me confidence that my vehicle will be safe to drive.

  This is hands down the best place in paducah for tires, alignments, oil changes, brakes, etc. Karlie, tony, Lonnie, and the rest of the staff ALWAYS take care of me. They are honest. They dont pressure me into buying things I dont need. They recently helped me with a warranty exchange on some tires I purchased but ANYTIME I have questions or need anything they are so pleasant and helpful!! I have the 3 year alignment which is a great deal, and Im in there often for oil changes. Got new tires recently but they are great at any services. Thank you team for your awesome customer service!!! Will never take my vehicle anywhere else. I appreciate you all SOOO much!!!

  Had a Budget rental car with a slow leak in one tire. Called Raben in Paducah and immediately got an appointment. Went to Raben, they found a nail, patched the hole, and had me out of there in 35 minutes. When I went to pay, their very courteous and efficient front desk person told me that since Budget and Avis are merged now, and since Raben has a relationship with Avis, Raben had already contacted Avis and cleared approval for the patch service. Avis picked up the cost. Cost me nothing. Can’t do better than that. Thanks, Raben!

  I'd give zero stars if I could. I was traveling through town and my brakes died on me. This place had a good rating so I went here, big mistake. I had to pay through the nose to get my brakes "fixed". They didn't even bleed them right, so I had to have the work redone at another shop. Not to mention, I had to wait about 8 hours for the work to be done in their waiting area. Plus, there were mice running around. Avoid this place at all costs.
