- COChris OlsenDec 7, 20255.0Had a Budget rental car with a slow leak in one tire. Called Raben in Paducah and immediately got an appointment. Went to Raben, they found a nail, patched the hole, and had me out of there in 35 minutes. When I went to pay, their very courteous and efficient front desk person told me that since Budget and Avis are merged now, and since Raben has a relationship with Avis, Raben had already contacted Avis and cleared approval for the patch service. Avis picked up the cost. Cost me nothing. Can’t do better than that. Thanks, Raben!

I had to pay through the nose to get my brakes "fixed". They didn't even bleed them right, so I had to have the work redone at another shop. Not to mention, I had to wait about 8 hours for the work to be done in their waiting area. Plus, there were mice running around. Avoid this place at all costs.

Set me up with four new shoes for my car in short order, and I was able to get myself home after a hard week. They were even good enough to recommend a great breakfast place while I waited. I know I was much easier to work with after my morning coffee and a few fried eggs. I had driven all around Metropolis and Paducah, and they turned my day around. I would recommend y'all head a little further away from I-24 and work with the best garage in the area.
