The worker didn’t inspect the car for dings dents etc. the worker said I had to pay more per day for the rental even though my insurance covers the vehicle. When I explained my insurance the worker then said he would “waive the fee” like he was doing me a favor. I had to ask to clear the car off of the covered snow and when I was trying to explain my wife’s handicap to ensure the vehicle would suit both of us, the worker wasn’t interested. So I canceled the rental there and my insurance sent me Enterprise at 2515 Irvin Cobb address in Paducah KY. The lady there was extremely helpful and took my wife’s handicap into consideration and also did a checklist on the vehicle. I will say if you cannot make it to the southside location then there is Hertz and Coad Toyota here in Paducah that also rents cars.

Once there, (+motel and cabfare) the clerk claimed the opposite, using any excuse to not rent it. Felt like he really just didn't want me to have it.
