Again on September 26, still no car available Never did get a car and had to rent from the local Long MacArthur Ford in Salina Ks. So if you make reservations through website or their CSR‘s, You better confirm that that office really does have a car for you. I did rent for them later at the Paducah, Kentucky office and the Marion Illinois office and they were very courteous and helpful The other thing you need to know is that they will not Allow you to rent a car for your granddaughter and then to rent a car for you if the credit card is under your name for both cars Which totally ruined our vacation as my granddaughter needed to go back home and I wanted to go on further with the vacation If we had rented from enterprise in the beginning, when we hit a coyote, they would’ve seen to it. We had a different rental to go on our way, but because we had to end up renting from Long MacArthur Ford, that was not possible.In short, there was no vacation And I blame enterprise Rent-A-Car for the whole damn mess

- KSKrissy SmithSep 2, 20255.0After a little incident with my car, I needed a rental. I called from the repair shop to see if they had anything available. Thank goodness they did. I pulled into the parking lot thinking "great! This will take hours". The lobby was full, phone ringing nonstop. Employees were super busy. Each employee was friendly to each customer, even though they were slammed, they took time with every customer with a smile, even a slightly rude one that kept groaning and getting huffy. I had to keep extending my rental every few days. (16 days total) friendly upon return. Not expensive. Will definitely use them again.
