    Absolutely horrible service. We have used them twice in the last few months, once when someone hit the wife's car and today after my truck was hit. Both times we reserved a vehicle well in advance and both times they didn't have what we reserved. After an hour I just said I would take whatever they had, I was there a total of an hour and half and ready to go. I reserved a truck and left with a Nissan Sentra. If I ever need another rental, I will tell insurance I will go to Evansville, probably faster and less headache. After looking at other reviews, it seems this is a common problem that they have no interest in fixing.

    The vehicle I rented drove very poorly. It got bad gas mileage, when put in reverse from park it would jump and try to force you backwards quickly if you were not standing on the brake, and was pecking so I checked the oil and had to put almost two quarts in it. Then, when I asked to extend the rental time I was not made aware the lot closed early on Saturdays so I was unable to return it until Monday. I called customer service multiple times and they assured me that they had reached out to regional management to explain the urgency of my situation and that I was wanting to return the vehicle. They also assured me that someone would be in touch with me shortly to assist with this and help me with a solution. No one ever reached out to me and every time I called back I was told to give them more time. This is absolutely ridiculous customer service and the cost was astronomical especially compared to other rental companies. I will never use them again and will be sure to let everyone I can, know how they do their customers. I feel like I've been taken advantage of and stereotyped. When I went to return the vehicle the lot was in a frenzy because they had no wifi, the phone was ringing off the wall, customers were inside complaining and she couldn't even give me a receipt of the transactions. This was a terrible experience. One I will never put myself through again.
