  I picked up my vehicle from this shop on Thursday. Initially, it started without any issues, but after shutting it off and attempting to restart it, the car would not start. I attempted to jump the vehicle with no success. I contacted the shop to ask if any wiring had been touched, and they stated that nothing had been altered. After some troubleshooting, I replaced the ignition fuse and tried starting the vehicle again—at which point it began smoking. Upon removing the airbox, I discovered that the alternator wire had been grounded to the chassis. This improper connection caused the ignition fuse to melt into the fuse box. When I called the shop to address the issue, they continued to deny any involvement. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this establishment for vehicle repairs. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

  The staff member who helped me was so kind. They fixed my issue with my car quickly and professionally. Great experience and I would highly recommend them!

  They do good work BUT make sure you keep all of your paperwork, receipts, estimates etc. They called me approx. 2 - 3 weeks after completing a job saying I owed them $800 because they didn't have the original estimate from State Farm including $1300 for a truck bed cover they did not replace.

  This place terrible. They kept telling me my car would be ready the week before and than when the week come they pushed it back. There corporate system is be messed up and they should fix it to give people a better idea of when a car is ready. It shouldn’t take this dang long to fix a car which wasn’t totaled and was not that damaged #help

  After the recent hail storm all body shops and insurance companies were overwhelmed. I did NOT want my SUV totaled, I made Ernie the GM aware of this as well as Tab my claims advisor. My insurance company said it would probably total because the roof needed cut off and replaced. Now understand that the top looked like a connect the dot puzzle and had a few large dents. I did not want it cut off, it would forever change the structural integrity of the vehicle. As we all worked together I knew that they would do the best they could without having to total it. I was expecting some possible imperfections on top, but I’m too short to see the top, Well Wow, when I picked up my vehicle it was perfect, there is absolutely nothing that shows it was a golf ball. The Shop guys got hours, and I got my vehicle fixed! I would recommend them to anyone!!! Thank you Ernie, Tab, and the Gerber team in Owensboro!
