    Service was top notch. I mean really good. Pro-tier. The final bill, specifically how fuel is calculated and no pro rated refund for returning a vehicle 16 hours early, was a bit disappointing. It was a nice, clean Nissan Sentra.

    I'd give this location negative stars, first time using enterprise and hopefully the last. Booked a vehicle 3 weeks in advance. Got a call the day of pick up and said they didn't have it and gave us a smaller vehicle than requested. Told us they might have the vehicle in later that day because one of their corporate people was driving it... never got the call back. Don't use if absolutely necessary and/or willing to be disappointed.

    Staff were awesome , despite being understaffed and overworked. I booked vehicle by phone and was sent to a location to collect that turned out to be drop off only , found another location nearby but they did not have a vehicle , they sent me to another location , they also did not have a vehicle so they checked around and found a small vehicle than I needed at the prior office I had been too . Of course I had to wait for delivery . What should have been a simple process was far from it . I was not the only customer having to wait on service . Like I said the staff I dealt with were awesome despite the difficulties they were obviously working under . Corporate need to get their act together , employ more people and ensure that when a vehicle is booked , it is actually available .
