That smart ass BOY at the counter decided he wanted to turn a claim in on our insurance. He was the one who did the walk around and The Who rented to my wife. He was asking questions about the walk around and asked what day we rented the car. He already knew them answers. Very unprofessional and I will never rent from enterprise again. *** update *** Austin called today and we discussed the issue and he kindly resolved the issue. To get a return call and be able to resolve the issue was a great relief. I’ve changed my rating to a 5 star because they took the time to help resolve the problem. Thank you Austin
