- JWJordan WilsonMay 8, 20241.0Have only been in there once to drop my mom’s car off for an oil change. The service team the only time I’ve taken a car there, forgot to tighten down the oil drain plug so when taking the car home, the oil just poured out of the car and shut the car off and left me stranded. Called them about it and they denied it for months, so I just gave up. I’ve always heard that the service team was not good at all but it’s probably the worst service team around in 50 miles. I know a guy I worked with has had their car there for already 3 months since they were suppose to do warranty work on his motor. Last thing I heard is that they have had a motor for a month but still haven’t worked on getting his car done and back to him. No idea if the salesman there are good or not, but they will never have my business due to the service team.
