Her being 5'2" and the counters in the store being 4ft she essentially has to lift this battery over her head to get it on the counter. Once she manages to get it over the counter sideways while the world class parts manager watches, instead of helping he decided it was a good time to school the ms on how the battery should should remain upright... Take your business across the street to O'Reilly.
