You can reserve and pay for a spot online or by calling their reservation number, but when you arrive, the spots are often already taken by drivers who didn’t pay. Management won’t ask them to move. They’ll refund your money, but that doesn’t help if you’ve hit your daily drive time limits and planned your entire route around having that reserved spot. You’re left exhausted, out of hours, and scrambling to find legal parking elsewhere in the middle of the night. So what's the point of having a reserved parking system if you're not going to honor the reservations! It's another poorly managed location and the Pilot/Flying J headquarters is no better for allowing this to occur.
