She pulled over trying to fix it, it wouldnt shut. She took it back and they said it was a frame issue where it was bent. My car has never had frame issue, we have went under my hood several times and it shut perfectly without ever having the dash warning saying the hood was open. They tried to make it seem like it was something we would have to go handle on our own until I started asking for the names of everyone who touched my car. The man left and came back with some tools to fix the issue that they created. I still didnt get the names. Yall need to get some better workers because I should come for an oil change and leave with damage to my car. Your workers will have you in litigation
