- MTMatt ThrasherNov 6, 20251.0I was in there last night on 11/6/25 around 1230 am and cashier was on his cell phone the whole time not paying attention to customers finally he took my ID to scan for cigarettes wouldn't scan so he gave me 1 pack when I bought had me scan them on self check out then had to get back in line so he could give me other pack but never gave me back ID his name was julunina or something he really needs to focus more on work while there instead of playing on phone and talking on it I'm back in Florida now and won't be back to Kentucky for months very frustrating

- BSBarry SowellSep 19, 20252.0I am only leaving a 2 star review because of the condition of the American Flag. The Flag is terribly tattered on the ends. I called and complained about it. I talked to a young person. He told me he would pass the information on to his manager. I just hope that he did do that. It's a shame that they fly a flag in this condition when they're less than 10 miles from the Fort Campbell Army military base. I was just there this past Saturday helping with the Operation Tanks full of Love where we fill up active military and their spouses tanks. It's a shame that the flag was flying in that condition with that event going on I wish I had noticed it on that day. I've been here all week staying at the hotel across the street and I just noticed it this morning when I was leaving. Other than the Flag, I had a good experience at Pilot and I thank them for hosting Operation Tanks full of Love. God Bless America
