  It is your choice of whom to rent with but I DO NOT RECOMMEND renting from this company. They have no regard for the safety of their customers. If more than one person is saying it must be true. I do not post reviews often but I needed to warn their potential customers of the dangers. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND NOT RENT WITH THEM!

  On pickup of our rental, the young lady that helped us was extremely helpful and friendly. Got us set up and on the road quickly. On returning the vehicle, the gentleman that processed the return was really helpful and kind. Would highly recommend this location!!

  Everybody is so nice there at the one in Nicholasville Kentucky. They care about you. They care about the car they give you. It’s just a nice place Rent a car!

  Amazing customer service Tyler went above and beyond to make sure that I got the best deal possible will most definitely be coming back in the future and I highly recommend coming here to buy a car they had no problems answering all my questions and helping me get the lowest payment possible for my situation

  I cannot say enough great things about the service I received from Jack at Enterprise! He truly went above and beyond in every way possible. Not only did he take the time to help me resolve a complicated insurance claim from last August, but he did so with patience, professionalism, and genuine care. What really stood out was his dedication—he was assisting me during the NCAA game and was fully willing to miss a huge moment (including a last-second three-pointer!) just to make sure my issue was handled correctly. That level of commitment is rare and speaks volumes about his work ethic and customer service. Jack made a stressful situation feel manageable and ensured everything was taken care of thoroughly. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about their customers and will go the extra mile, ask for Jack at Enterprise. He is an absolute asset to the team!
