The “pre wash” treatment is just a small part of your vehicle being sprayed with a garden hose. Tire shine is non existent, rarely are towels available, half the vacuums don’t work, slow process for paying and getting through the gates.

This is not the first time that I’ve stopped by to get a car wash well before they are supposed to be closed and the location is already closed. Either change your hours or stay open. Stop making people Take a trip out to get a car wash and have to come back another time for no reason.
