Not only could she hear the workers talking about her "dirty car" and how much they pitied her, one young lady made sure my daughter heard her discussing how filthy it was under her hood, and stated that she thought she was gonna be sick because of dust. My daughter is only 20 years old and works very hard, her car is paid off, and it drives just fine. I'm disgusted at the behavior of these individuals, and am upset with the way they made a paying customer feel! If you work with the public, in customer service, the least you can do is treat people with a little kindness. I will be going to corporate with my complaints!

Of DoorDashing,Grubhub and InstaCart. Shout out to Jon & Evan really! Great! Guys they helped us Soo! Much it’s not even funny. They go above and beyond every time and get us out quick. They were very efficient in explaining the process to me clearly and this was very important to me because this was my first time using an instant oil change center to service my car. I had heard bad things about Valvoline instant oil change in the past so I never tried one. But I was in a rush today and my oil change was way past due so I gave it a shot and I’ll probably use Valvoline instant oil change for all of my future oil changes because of John Mark and Evan. Give those studs a raise.
