After the inspection was completed, they told me that I needed to replace the windshield wipers, and that my report would not be approved if I didn’t comply. I specifically told them that I had purchased these wipers only two months ago and that, due to frost and the cold, they were only slightly streaking the right side of the windshield—something that would resolve itself once the sun came out. However, I didn’t want to argue over such a minor issue, so I simply said, “Fine, replace them.” The way they handled the situation was utterly rude and unprofessional. Threatening to withhold my inspection report over a single windshield wiper is completely unacceptable. Their attitude was aggressive and disrespectful, and I am extremely dissatisfied with this branch. I would not recommend it to anyone under any circumstances.
