My advice would be for customers to really inspect the cars before leaving the lot. Make sure that the heads up display wasn't cleaned wrong and destroyed the plastic that shields the speedometer and gauges. Once you get on the interstate heading towards your destination it's a little late and not being able to tell how fast your going is huge when your driving through the night. They are super nice in this location!
- SMSarah MitchellOct 23, 20251.0Was involved in a car accident where insurance supplied a rental vehicle through enterprise. The car had some issues, unlocking and locking due to a key fob. At one point, I was unable to get me and my children in the vehicle because of this issue. We was at a store and trying to get back in the jeep renegade. I hit the unlock button till I heard the car doors unlocked. I quickly open the door, and the doors automatically locked back. Mind you I am in a parking lot with a six-year-old and a nine-year-old standing on a curb. Finally, I had to start the vehicle, Put it in drive, Put it back in park, And then turn the vehicle off and open the driver door for the doors to unlock. When I return the vehicle two hours later I Informed them of what happened I got “I’m sorry that happened to you”. The person doing the return inspection was more worried that insurance was not paying for a day even though I had it in writing that they would and when I picked it up from Enterprise it was due back the day I returned it. She wanted to see the proof and I happily showed her. This also deterred me from using the enterprise car lot attached to them. We had been talking to Natasha and was planning on looking and using them to buy our replacement car. Very disappointed in their customer service and lack of concern for safety of their renters.
