- AMAdam McintoshSep 13, 20251.0Has to be one of the worst stores to make purchases at. You can call and they will have to part get there and system still shows they have it but they don’t have it. Whoever does inventory here needs to step their game up. Also if you order online get there after 30 mins. Still not pulled but here’s the kicker if they have customers in the store they try not to still pull it even when it’s your turn at the counter. So I ask if I order a thermostat online get to the store 30 mins after order and it’s not pulled, wait my turn to get to the counter just for them to say we can’t pull it cause it’s busy? Make that make sense cause if I walk in to order it are they gonna tell me to wait? Morale of this don’t call to make sure they got a part prior to ordering it online for pickup. Order for north side atleast there you have a chance at the order being pulled and correct inventory. I’ve spent thousands at Edgewood just cause it closer and more convenient. After this visit I’ll send that money to another store or online to home.
