  Made an appointment for tires and alignment. Drive 2 hours from home to this location only to find out that its going to be 3-4 hours before its done. No problem, I have 3 kids with me, we can go shop and waste time. 4 hours goes by and "they are too busy to do the alignment" and it will be another 2 hours. What exactly is the point of an appointment????

  Got my tire repaired from a nail and had my tires rotated - cars great now! I waited for my car and they got it done in the time they said. Workers are super nice! Highly recommend, worth the drive from Cincinnati!

  I can’t thank Bernie and Dylan enough for helping me out with my daughter’s car! Had a bad stem on the front drivers side tire and both gentlemen fixed it. It was closing time on a Saturday afternoon and they took the time to help me! Unbelievable customer service! Thanks again, you guys are fantastic!!

  I scheduled an appointment to have new tires installed on my car. The representative I spoke with over the phone was quite pleasant, and we talked about the type of tires I needed, among other details. When I arrived at the scheduled time, however, my information was missing from their system. They managed to accommodate me, assuring me that my car would be ready by 4 PM that same day and that they would give me a call. As 3 PM approached, I had yet to receive any updates, so I decided to call them. They informed me that they had broken a lug nut and would need to keep my car for a longer period, which was quite inconvenient as I had to make alternative work arrangements. Later, I discovered that they had failed to reset the sensors, which were all incorrectly positioned, and my tires were not inflated to the proper PSI (35). Instead, they were set at 38, 37, 33, and 56 PSI. It is extremely unsafe to drive with a tire pressure that high, and it was evident that they did not take the time to complete the job properly. Do not recommend going here.

  I knew my front tires were due for a replacement but I didn’t really know the best place to get them replaced so I randomly drove up here like 30 min before closing time just to ask some questions and see how much it’d cost. I know nothing about tires but the guy at the counter was so so helpful and walked out to my car to see my tires and instantly knew they were overdue for replacement. He was very helpful and was able to squeeze me in right then and there with 30 min til closing time. He was so helpful and took care of me. Highly recommend!!
