  I can't say enough good things about this location. Dorian, the store manager is amazing. He listens and addresses concerns like a true professional. The staff are all friendly and display excellent customer service. Thank you Shonetta, Dorian and there were 2 other amazing employees I wish I knew their names, but I would like to thank you so much for an excellent experience. * Convenient location * Variety of clean and safe vehicles *Fair rates *Clean facilities *Friendly and knowledgeable employees

  We were connected with this location through an insurance company when our car was at a body shop nearby. From before we ever got the car the staff were absolutely spectacular. Kind and helpful. Unfortunately the car we received was really, really dirty. Sticky spray residue throughout the interior and on the windows, and crumbs in the center console and seats. For that reason I can only give the rating given, and the staff is what brought it there.

  Shonetta, chase, dorian were excellent in helping me out with my rental. Made it smooth, and efficient, and answered any questions I had. I highly recommend you go to this branch if you want too notch service

  Hello, Yes, I had a Great Experience with my Rental Car at Enterprise Rental Car Service in Newport, Ky. The staff at Enterprise was Very Kind and Compassionate to my needs and Knowledgeable about their Rental Car Services. My Rental Car was a Joy to to Drive, and it drove very Well for the amount of time that I was allowed to have it; awhile my car was in a garage. But I will always remember the Kind and Knowledgeable Experience that I had with the Enterprise Rental Car in Newport, Ky. Thank-You. Diann S.

  By far worst experience i’ve ever dealt with when it comes to a rental. The branch manager is extremely unprofessional to the point of of hanging up on customers, refusing to resolve issues caused by Enterprise and just overall unpleasant. Lied about contacting me, charged extra days and never contacted my insurance. Dorian has went above and beyond to make the entirety of this process unbearable.
