The place was packed but I was in and out less than an hour as it seemed they were getting customers taking care of every 15 minutes. Great job Newport Kentucky Valvoline.

Put pieces back where they belonged, cleaned stuff up, filled things to the brim and even showed me. Come here every 5k miles just to say hi and let them play under my hood. They seem to enjoy it and since I have no clue what to do, I let them. They are good dudes.

When I needed to be back next and at what point I should get other maintenance done on my car. The guys made sure to reattach my skid plate that lost a bolt. They even put a new bolt in for no cost. Got me in and out with no issues and quick as could be.
