- VVVolomonJan 4, 20261.0Don't know how they managed to do this but listen to this. So first car they took the bottom plate off but did not put it on all the way after. It got completely ripped up on the highway. Brought it back they say they see nothing. It's being held on by duct tape. These guys are gonna cost me probably a few hundred. Second car they put oil in. Oil lights still on check it after. Check the oil it's dirty. They check their cameras and said they put some in. I'm guessing it's likely the EXACT same person being lazy. I bet they poured the oil in without actually changing it. They have someone there doing lazy work, incomplete work, and have not had the ability to figure this out yet. It's probably going to require them totaling a car for lying about changing the oil and getting sued before they'll do anything. If you look at the reviews you see this is a constantly reoccuring issue. Do not bring your car here they will damage it potentially permanently without rectifing their problems.

Went in for an oil change, now having to call and pay for a tow truck and make plans with my employment. This is an extreme inconvenience to say the least and is affecting me greatly. This review is being written from the shoulder of interstate 75, where I am stranded due to taking my car here for an oil change. It might just be a small mistake, but this has huge consequences and could have led (if it didn’t already lead) to further damage and necessary repairs on my car. I highly recommend considering other options that check the details and make sure the car is put back together before telling you to drive off with it.
