I leave my truck and get a call that the tire can’t be plugged because of the tread being too low. Ok, I get it, I’ll bring my tires and have those put on, rush around find a truck to borrow to pick the tires up,, leave work, get the tires down there and I am told, the price you were told was wrong and it is 49.95 per tire. I am hancuffed at this point so I tell them go ahead. When I went to pick up I talked to them and said I feel like they should honor the $34.95, they said there is nothing they can do and the price is $49.95 per tire. Terrible customer service and not a great experience.

Because they were closing within the hour, I wasn’t sure if they would have time to fit me in but were very kind and helpful and got my tire patched so quickly. Bernie, Ari and Tanner helped me, I would definitely return.

And they notified us about other parts that were going bad, but did not pressure us into buying them, just notified us and told us that they weren’t able to perform the alignment until replaced. But gave us the coupon to come back once finished fixing the parts. Overall great experience.
