My tire pressure system showed that one of my tires is losing air I go to this location the representative instantly tells me I need new tires which okay I might of but what got me was my tire pressure system was still on when I drove off ! I called they said it will reset in 20 minutes it never did, I drive a 2020 Chevy Malibu it doesn’t automatically reset so I drive back now I have a bad tire pressure system. I wouldn’t have bought new tires when it was my tire pressure sensor that was off I just feel like they didn’t even take the time to diagnose my problem they just want your money I’m still dealing with my tire pressure system they want more money now they suggest all for be replaced which is even more money like overall horrible experience will do business with other tire shops from now on and other people be warned they all about sales less about customer service.

GREAT service! I had a tire blowout and they got me in that day to replace my tires. I was back on the road in under an hour.

More than 2 hours for a pre-scheduled oil change in the afternoon on a Thursday. This place is a joke. If something that takes other places 10-20 minutes takes them two hours, they need to change their scheduling procedure.

A very disappointing experience… Purchased 4 new tires this past Saturday. Following installation, as soon as I got on the highway the car shook like it was in an earthquake (it had been working perfectly before). The store was closed, so took it back as soon as the store opened on Monday morning. Upon getting to the store, the clerk explained I’d have to drop the car off and it may take a while because “I didn’t have an appointment”. When I explained my appointment was on Saturday when I purchased the new tires and I was only back because they had been installed incorrectly, he could tell my frustration and said he’d “find a way to get me to the top of the list”. I Uber’d to work and waited. That evening, they called to tell me my car was ready. Upon arriving to pick it up, the clerk said they had to courier a new tire from a different store and that I owed them $40 for the courier service. I was in awe at the audacity to charge me additional to fix a problem they created, and that I would not be paying anything beyond what I had paid for the new tires. The charge was taken care of. I chose Tire Discounters because I like that they are headquartered in the region I live. It’s always best to support local business. However, this experience has me considering elsewhere for future tire needs.

Wow. Where do I even begin. They put the wrong size tires on my car. I have no idea how this happens when you specialize in selling tires. Blamed it on the computer system but when I look up my vehicle on their site it shows the correct tires that I should have had. I bring my car in the get the right size tires on and they come out and tell me " I broke your stud on your car but I am fixing it." When I ask them to put it in writing that they broke my stud and repaired it they said they "misspoke" and they didn't break it but then proceeded to tell me the "fixed" the broken one and put it back on my car. I will never ever bring my vehicles to this store. The manager Ari is awful and no one should be treated the way I was treated. My whole experience at this store was a joke and a disaster. All they seem to care about is getting in as many cars as they can instead of doing quality work. I would not recommend taking your vehicles to this store as I do not trust anything they did on my car and will be taking it back to the dealership for repair to the damage they did to my car.

Frequently Asked Questions About Tire Discounters

How do I know if I need an alignment?

The #1 cause of uneven or rapid tire wear is misalignment. Your vehicle also may pull to one side or feel "loose" when steering, and you might even observe a drop in fuel economy. Alignment is critical to tire life and vehicle safety. In fact, if you install new tires on a misaligned vehicle, some manufacturers won't even honor your tire warranty. Everyday driving, potholes, hard turns, and sudden stops, gradually knock your wheels out of alignment. This wear is natural, but it can quickly chew through your tires. That's why Tire Discounters includes a FREE alignment ($129.99 value) when you purchase 4 tires installed. It's just another way we help you get more life (and more value) out of your tires.

How do I get a free alignment?

At Tire Discounters, when you purchase any 4 tires with installation, you get a FREE alignment. A 4 wheel alignment is valued at $129.99, and comes with a 12 month warranty.
