Tire pressure dropped from 42 to 30. Went here to have it fixed. 1st diagnosis was tread was shot and could not be fixed. 2nd diagnosis after Sales Manager intervened said it could be fixed and tread was fine. Picked it up when notified it was done. Paperwork stated "nothing found in tire". Next day tire dropped to 39 and then 33 following day. Took to Pep Boys and they found valve stem was faulty and they fixed at no charge since tires were still under warranty.

I had an issue with a brake bulb. They said my body control module was broke and my bulb didn't work. They said they had replaced the bulb and told me they would call me to provide a quote for the module replacement. I waited for a couple of days and nobody contacted me. I scheduled an appointment in the Ford dealership and they didn't find any issues with my body control module. Everything worked. I just wasted my time for it. They were fine with a tire replacement in the past for an emergency situation about 2 years ago. Otherwise, I would prefer to go to the official dealership unless it's an oil change or tire related. Also when I was in a line, 2 representatives talked to one client. Instead of asking me how they can help, they were drawn to the issue the other rep was dealing with, but he wasn't asked to help them. I found that very "professional" and it resulted in a longer wait time. I wish it was a better experience but it is what it is.

A joke of a tire shop. Apparently they’ve never seen a hub cap before. Broke off 2 faux lug nuts on the plastic hub cap with their impact before they realized they were fake. They broke off the first, thought that’s weird I should do that again. Seriously? Then they took my valve stem and instead of putting them through the holes in the hub caps bent them around to the rim and hammered the hub caps over top which caused one to break in half and they didn’t think that was an issue. When all you do is tires it’s down right impressive to be this incompetent.

I wanted to give a shout out to Tire Discounters in Newport, Kentucky. I blew a tire coming off the highway this morning and was far from home. I spoke with Ari at the front desk and explained my predicament. At first, it didn’t appear like they were going to be able to help me because they had eight or nine cars ahead of me. Ari came out to look at my tire and he said if he had the tire, he would personally put it on quick for me so I could be on my way. Very rarely do we see this kind of Customer Service and attention to someone in need. Ari and the entire Tire Discounter Team went above and beyond for me today. While I was waiting, I also witnessed the staff calling every customer by their first name and even congratulated one customer on their early retirement. They treat everyone like family and I give them my highest recommendation. Thank you again for helping out a stranger in need today. Wishing you continued success.

I dropped my car off at 11am to get my tire repaired after discovering it was flat from an embedded screw in the tread. My other vehicle, which my partner drove to pick me up after dropping off our vehicle with the flat, purely coincidentally was reading slightly low tire pressure in 3 out of 4 tires (in was a very cold morning). We started to top off the tires in the parking lot with our own air compressor, when a Tire Discounters Newport tech came over named Johnny, and offered to fill all of the tires for us to save us the trouble... Such a nice gesture, even though things were obviously very busy overall!! Thank you, Johnny! They told us when we dropped our car off for the flat repair that it would take about 3 hours to get to it and complete the job, and that's exactly the time it took. We had our car back by 2pm! Additionally, to our surprise, and for whatever very generous reason, when we went to pick up the car and pay our bill, Tire Discounters Newport said it had been taken care of and we were good to go! What!?!? Given the world of contention and self-servingness in which we're all living these days, this was such a wonderful act and experience! The facility is clean and well-kept and all of the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and efficient with getting us in and out of there and on our way. Thank you, Tire Discounters Newport! We will definitely be back!

Frequently Asked Questions About Tire Discounters

How do I know if I need an alignment?

The #1 cause of uneven or rapid tire wear is misalignment. Your vehicle also may pull to one side or feel "loose" when steering, and you might even observe a drop in fuel economy. Alignment is critical to tire life and vehicle safety. In fact, if you install new tires on a misaligned vehicle, some manufacturers won't even honor your tire warranty. Everyday driving, potholes, hard turns, and sudden stops, gradually knock your wheels out of alignment. This wear is natural, but it can quickly chew through your tires. That's why Tire Discounters includes a FREE alignment ($129.99 value) when you purchase 4 tires installed. It's just another way we help you get more life (and more value) out of your tires.

How do I get a free alignment?

At Tire Discounters, when you purchase any 4 tires with installation, you get a FREE alignment. A 4 wheel alignment is valued at $129.99, and comes with a 12 month warranty.
