Newport KY location was not willing to help me find the correct vehicle for my needs. They only made an effort within their “region” and would not call Enterprise locations in northern Cincinnati to see if they had the vehicle that fit my needs. I am a platinum member and I was treated without any priority because the “reservation was made through my employer booking system.” In contrast, the Walnut Hills location worked very hard to find me the vehicle I needed, and Austin (manager) was customer focused even while the enterprise corporate audit team was auditing his location and grilling his employees with audit questions. Go to Walnut Hills location if you can for better vehicle selection and customer service.
