What’s the point of booking if you don’t have cars available? He said there was supposed to be a Wagoner returning but they didn’t, so my entire booking relied on one single car return? For how big they are they had no solution for me. Cannot imagine if I was a family with 5 little kids headed to Disney and was in the situation. 0 stars

We booked a car for a honeymoon and they continued to lead us on for hours without a vehicle resulting in us having to cancel our hotel reservation for our honeymoon. I am absolutely heartbroken and there has been absolutely no help from anyone despite multiple calls to local store, reservations team, and customer service. Whoever this district manager is- we will still be waiting on your call that we had been for hours before finally cancelling and going somewhere else. I do have all of the conversations recorded and happy to share the lack of support and solutions from enterprise as a whole *** updated based on not having the option to comment back. This has already been reported to customer service without any response or solutions. I do not think it was anyone’s INTENTION to mess up our honeymoon. We received NO HELP, SOLUTIONS, or RETURNED RESPONSES. Just want to make sure people can see this comment you left did not address the issues. We ARE STILL waiting to hear back after still being charged now. Ridiculous.
