I did not appreciate how he responded to me about a coupon and pulled the price of my service out of the air. Then tried to smooth it over after I agreed to go ahead and get my oil changed. This is not the way to treat customers and maybe you should reevaluation your customer service skills.

The shop cleaned it up and says they checked everything over and that that van is fine.
