Yesterday I went in- explained what was going on with the car to CJ - who was amazing - he helped me find the part I needed and even offered to show me how it worked. And then Mike the AGM, came to ensure it would work. They go above and beyond. In a world of online ordering -this is the level of service that you miss! Thanks guys for the great work. I will be back!

My battery died and when I brought my car in she was able to determine quickly that the battery I bought was not the right one for my car. She gave me the order number and even though I could only order it through my dealership she offered to replace it for me for free when I brought it back to the store. The phones were ringing off the hook, and they were so busy but she still made me feel so valued and understood in the midst of chaos. I couldn’t say enough good things about her or the store. That’s integrity you can’t really find any more and as a single girl who knows nothing about cars in a big city she was my saving grace today.
