This place is usually pretty good but they somehow gave me the wrong part to my car? It could've been very bad if I didn't notice it sooner. Luckily it came free with a deal they had going on so I didn't necessarily waste money on the part, but I did have to take my car into a shop and have to miss a whole day of work because of this error 👎
Like I said previously they are USUALLY helpful, but not in this instance.

I’m not one to write bad reviews but I feel like this is needed. I came in on March 3rd to buy my front blinker light and headlight bulbs and I also ask Mateo if he can put in my brake light bulbs I already had. He agrees, I pay, and he gets the bulbs. I don’t get my receipt. We go out and I pop the trunk so he can put the brake light bulb in first. All goes well with the back brake light and he goes back inside but doesn’t come back. I’m still outside wondering where he went so he can put my front bulbs in. I have to go back in, wait through a line of people and ask him again to put the front bulbs in. He comes out again and I pop the hood and he goes to work. He somehow drops the bulb into my headlight and says that I’ll need to get my car taken apart to get the bulb out. I’m not sure how that even happens. At this point he tries to get it out for around 10 minutes and gives up and puts the second bulb from the pack in. And then we move to the other bulb. He can’t get that one out and I’m already aggravated that I’ve been here for 35 minutes already and I tell him to worry about it and he goes inside and I do get an exchange of bulbs but still no receipt . Frustrated, I ask another customer to help me and explain the situation and he is eager to help. We work on it for another 30 minutes trying to get the bulb out and put the other headlight in. We got the main light in but still couldn’t get the second blinker bulb that’s laying inside the headlight out. At this point, I have two autozone customers helping me. With no luck, we get Jarrett to try to help us. He did his best but couldn’t get the bulb out of my headlight. I do want to highlight that Jarrett was a great help despite this incident not being his fault and doing what he could to try to help. I am extremely upset that I have to go and spend money to have my car taken apart to get an extra bulb taken out when this is something that shouldn’t have even occurred. I am also upset with how the first employee handled things. I do understand mistakes happen but it was honestly one thing after another. I got there around 7:45 and was there until almost 9. If I knew it was going to be this much of a hassle I would’ve watched a YouTube video of how to install them myself right there. Is there anything that can be done now that I have to spend even more time and money to remove a bulb that was dropped into the headlight compartment?
