  To be honest, we specifically requested a truck, and while the SUV technically worked, it created some inconvenience for our needs. Beyond that, the condition of the vehicle was disappointing—the seats were stained, the oil change light kept coming on, and the molding on the driver’s side was coming loose. We kept an eye on it, but issues like that shouldn’t fall on the customer to manage. I’ve rented from Enterprise before and have had good experiences. The young man who assisted us this time was helpful and kind, but the overall staff interaction didn’t feel as welcoming. Overall, I would rate this experience a 4 out of 10. I had been considering renting again in a couple of weeks, but now I’m uncertain. I share this honestly because feedback is the only way to improve—this particular vehicle simply didn’t meet expectations or the needs we had.

  I’ve been renting from enterprise for years literally they have a vehicle to fit your any need and in my opinion the price is very reasonable

  Very pleased with my service after an accident totaled my car and while I was waiting for my new car. Picked me up when I rented the car and took me to the dealer a few days later to pick up my new car.
