You would think a reservation would hold vehicles, but it appears they rent to walk-ins and it takes the reservations, or the reservation means nothing (definitely not up-to-date inventory). This is why I used peer-to-peer mainly, but this is company travel and we have an account.

Although the type of vehicle we reserved was not there yet, he was extremely accommodating to provide an upgrade for the same rate. I would have given 5 stars, but the vehicle was a little worn out.
