I will never return to this place, no matter what. I came in for an oil change on a typical Tuesday morning. There was one person in front of me so I expected it wouldn't take long. Every 30 minutes I would ask how much longer it would be, and was told repeatedly it wouldn't be much longer. I was there over 2.5 hours for a simple oil change. I never got an explanation on why it took so long, but was given a coupon for my next oil change, and was told by the manager that if I made an appointment for the next time I got my oil change, it wouldn't take nearly as long.
So a couple of months later when I needed another oil change, I decided to use my coupon to save some money, and of course make an appointment so I wouldn't go through that nightmare again. I made my appointment for first thing in the morning, and even made sure to be standing there, first in line, waiting for them to open. The head mechanic talked to me as they prepared to open, and I had explained to him what had happened with my previous experience there. He assured me he would get my oil change done quickly, but unfortunately that did not happen. I was once again there for hours! A little over three hours to be exact. I was so infuriated. I demanded an explanation on why it took so long again to do my oil change, especially since I had made an appointment this time. I was then told by the head mechanic that he was told to get the other two customers done ahead of me. Even though I was there first, the manager, the very same manager that assured me an appointment would shorten my time there, told the mechanic to do the other customers cars first because they were getting more work done, so they were making more money off of them. I could not believe they had the audacity to keep me there that long again! I'm the idiot for letting them waste my time like that once again, but I can assure you, I will never return there.

The #1 cause of uneven or rapid tire wear is misalignment. Your vehicle also may pull to one side or feel "loose" when steering, and you might even observe a drop in fuel economy. Alignment is critical to tire life and vehicle safety. In fact, if you install new tires on a misaligned vehicle, some manufacturers won't even honor your tire warranty. Everyday driving, potholes, hard turns, and sudden stops, gradually knock your wheels out of alignment. This wear is natural, but it can quickly chew through your tires. That's why Tire Discounters includes a FREE alignment ($129.99 value) when you purchase 4 tires installed. It's just another way we help you get more life (and more value) out of your tires.
