Long story short: Extreme lack of communication and poor/no processes in place for the employees. Would not reccomend taking a vehicle to Tire Discounters.
The advisor who called me could not explain what was "stripped" on the TPMS sensor. I reqested more information on what was stripped and was never called back or given a price even. I had no idea they would be removing the TPMS sensors from the wheels when replacing the tires. I had to call at the end of the day to see if was completed, inquired about the TPMS sensor during this call and was told they seen no notes about it.
Upon arrival and paying for the tires, they failed to mention anything about the TPMS again despite it being marked as a declined service on my invoice. I walked out to a rubber valve stem installed. To top it all off the tires purchased have date codes from November 2024.
Corporate customer support was great - i believe his name was Loren. Left a message with the store the following day for the GM to call me back regarding the situation but never heard back from Mike. I did speak with the Regional manager who offered to replace sensor for free but did not feel comfortable with them working on my vehicles.
Setting expectations and clear communication with your clients are paramount in this industry. Hopefully this can be a learning experience.
You also may want to spot check your technicians inspections process. Wiper blade was torn hanging on the side of the vehicle when I picked the vehicle up from another location and the stabilizer links are shot as well. Missed opportunities and revenue on a 140K vehicle.

Outstanding experience at Mt Washington Tire Discounters. They do great work with excellent customer service. Thank you!
The #1 cause of uneven or rapid tire wear is misalignment. Your vehicle also may pull to one side or feel "loose" when steering, and you might even observe a drop in fuel economy. Alignment is critical to tire life and vehicle safety. In fact, if you install new tires on a misaligned vehicle, some manufacturers won't even honor your tire warranty. Everyday driving, potholes, hard turns, and sudden stops, gradually knock your wheels out of alignment. This wear is natural, but it can quickly chew through your tires. That's why Tire Discounters includes a FREE alignment ($129.99 value) when you purchase 4 tires installed. It's just another way we help you get more life (and more value) out of your tires.
