    Team was professional. When I asked about other services they were vague. When I was told an oil change was going to be $170 it took everything in me not to audibly gasp. They justify their price by using “premium” oil and filters and a “full vehicle inspection.” When I asked to see a copy of the inspection I was told the technicians didn’t recommend anything, so I didn’t even get to see a physical piece of paper for my 170. I could change my own oil for 60 bucks. I was in a pinch and needed an oil change, but will never go back to this place until their prices come back to reality.

    Stopped in to have rear tires checked for slow leak. Problem quickly found; one tire with nail embedded into treads, one with thumb size puncture on inner wall. Solution - one was able to be repaired, while the other required a new tire. I was consulted on both, the repair and the replacement. The crew worked together, to get me on my way, in a professional but friendly manner. Thank you to the Mt. Washington Towery crew.

    $178 for an oil change is ridiculous. When I walked in no one greeted me with anything so I stood there for a little bit waiting for them to get done with whatever they were doing and then they said can I help you.

    Lost my stem cap know they are not anything special but the fact they list it had to buy new set and they wasn’t the plan black ones
