  As two senior ladies traveling from Michigan to Georgia, we stopped in Mount Vernon to sleep. Noticed the front tire was low on air and went to the AutoZone for fix a flat. Kojack came out and put it in the tire, but felt that it wasn’t going to be enough, and shared his number to call in the a.m. if we needed him. Sure enough it was almost flat in the morning. Kojack came to our hotel, added air, informed us that there wasn’t any tire sales available unless we went back to Berea. He informed me to call the Walmart and be sure that they had one. He gave me all the numbers and sizes I needed for the tire. Luckily Berea Walmart had two available. Kojack went above and beyond helping us, was such a gentleman and a lifesaver , making sure we were able to continue traveling safely. THANK YOU Kojack!!

  Can't say enough good about this brand new little store in Mt Vernon and its' employees. At the tail end of a 24 hour trip home from Texas to Richmond, Kentucky my van overheated. I was able to just make it to the store within an hour of closing. Lonnie ran diagnostics - we needed a new thermostat. On a Saturday night after working his normal shift, their employee, Kojack, offered to go home and get tools after the store closed to install the thermostat so I could make it home - 30 minutes up the road. My husband and I held flashlights while Kojact worked in the dark to get us back on the road, Knowledgeable, caring, above and beyond!!!!

  Absolutely amazing customer service! We blew our serpentine belt last night, the guy we spoke to this morning sent someone with the belt to our hotel and he jump started our vehicle. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

  Matt was extremely nice an very professional helping me find the right car part and install my windshield wipers because I’m just a GIRL!!! He’s definitely a keeper for the company!!
