  I had a great experience at AutoZone thanks to the manager, Matt. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional the entire time I was there. Instead of just pointing me to what I needed, he actually took the time to understand my situation and made sure I got the right part. What stood out the most was his attitude he was patient, approachable, and clearly cares about helping customers rather than rushing them out the door. You can tell he knows his stuff and takes pride in his work, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Customer service like that makes a big difference. If you’re going to this location, Matt is definitely someone you can trust to help you out.

  I cannot say enough good things about this autozone, specifically their employee Kojack Sizemore. He went above and beyond for us! We were driving home to MI from FL and my car started having major issues so much that we barely made it to the autozone. Kojack helped us figure out what was wrong, kept checking on us, offered help. But unfortunately with my car being a BMW, parts and tools are not readily available. We ended up having to stay in the car overnight and wait for U-Haul to open to rent a box truck and car hauler to tow my car home. We had no way of getting to U-Haul the next morning, tried getting an uber with no luck. Kojack asked his wife to drive my husband. We were SO very thankful for that because we would have had to walk 8 miles there. And when my husband returned with the U-Haul, Kojack helped load my car up so we could finish driving the 6 hours home. This man deserves so much recognition, a raise, promotion, something for being so willing to help a couple of strangers in need! We would have never made it home without him!

  Lonny mink and Lonnie bustle, thank you from the bottom of my heart, these two go above and beyond the call of service, they stayed after hours in the middle of the worst snow storm that I’ve seen in my entire life, no exaggeration, to help me trouble shoot and get my bus up and running, they were more then hospitable, they worked even off the clock to help me out. And they were extremely smart and have a ton of knowledge that along with them working along side us to solve the issue at hand was the only reason I made it out of that parking lot that night. Absolute saints doing the lords work in there, thank you so much and I really hope you both get a raise

  Kojack is exceptional, he answered my call quickly. We called to rent a booster box but instead Kojack went the extra mile and came to us. Back up on the road in less than 10 minutes
