  I wanted to give a major shout out to The Diesel Lab !!! This is the first time I can remember being at a shop that I genuinely left feeling like I didn't want to throat punch somebody 😂. Not only that BUT I was truly satisfied that 2 weeks ago they LISTENED when I explained what was wrong and any information I had to offer regarding work done recently elsewhere that may help diagnose the issue. It also may sometimes not have jack squat to do with what is wrong now. The point is they LISTENED and now I know they have all the info I can provide that may help if needed to diagnosed the problem. I had my vehicle at a dealership for routine maintenance a few weeks prior, Explorer drove like crap when I left. Took it back and asked them to check for the issue. Problem did not get resolved successfully. Took it to the Diesel Lab and they listened, diagnosed, and told me what was wrong and we ordered parts and scheduled repair. I left there today, repair completed, and the charge was less than I was originally quoted! Not once did any conversation feel demeaning or belittling. They were friendly, prompt, and fully capable!!! I'm not the only person in my family that has had pleasurable outcomes at The Diesel Lab. Several friends, my sister, and my husband have been pleased! I was late to the party based on taking a vehicle still under warranty to the dealership. Y'all have my business going forward and I appreciate the pleasant experience more than you know!!!

  I took my town and country in today due to a weird grinding sound. Not only was the guy Justin super nice but he also got my car in extremely fast and kept me up to date with everything. They quickly found the problem and fixed it for a reasonable price!!! I will definitely go back here and highly recommend. Messaging them on their FB page was easy as well they responded withing minutes.

  Wow! Best Mechanics and Shop! I’ve been to a few different so called mechanics in the past which were over priced with minimal experience and never got positive results, but this place is definitely TOP Notch. When I went in I was completely amazed #1 by the scenery! I’ve never stepped foot in a garage that I could of sat down and ate lunch in it was so clean! 😳 We took my sons car there, and mind you that was a hot mess! All the wiring was destroyed from it sitting for years, it wouldn’t idle, etc. We will be returning customers when a vehicle need arises. I literally felt like I was in a shop that we watch on Tv, Bitchin Rides, Iron Resurrection, and Texas Metal kinda quality shop!!!!
