I bought the best OBDII scanner tool because of the features that it was supposed to do. 2 hours later I tried it; and, it didn't do as advertised on the box and wouldn't connect with the app either. INNOVA 5610. REPAIR SOLUTIONS 2. I asked about the return policy before I purchased it, what if it didn't do as said. Apparently I misunderstood what I was told. And, learned after returning to the store, there is a sign as you walk in that the cashier pointed out to me; after, making a phone call. So, No refunds on electronics that have been opened and taken out of the box and used, unless defective. Then they will only replace it. How can you know if it does as advertised on package, without opening it and trying it? I would not have made that purchase knowing this. And, I'll never make a purchase on any electronics in the future! Not even a blinker bulb! $341 lesson learned.
