  I will not go into detail, but let me just say that a customer should not have to go back to said establishment once they purchase a vehicle or make 20 phone calls to correct their mistakes, it should be one and done , by the way MR. BRAD, I still haven’t received the sticker for my license plate for the vehicle I purchased two months ago, Are we giving it 💯???

  Disconnect between advertised price and reality: I’m giving two stars because the salesperson was personally professional and reached out after we left, but the business model here is frustrating. We came in for a car advertised on their website for $18k. Before the test drive, I requested a "bottom dollar cash price" for my niece, who had saved her own money for this purchase. When we returned from the drive, the price presented was significantly higher than the website—not just by taxes and fees, but by a "chunk" of unexplained markup. When I brought up the advertised price, I was met with excuses about how the online price includes trade-in incentives and other qualifiers that weren't clearly applied. We chose to walk out because the initial transparency was zero. While the salesperson did call later to say they would "honor" the website price, the trust was already broken. If they had simply been upfront from the start and made a fair deal based on their own advertising, this would be a 5-star review.

  Do not recommend buying a used car from here. Bought a car had it less than a week and the transmission went out. Dave the sales manager guy says you bought it as is and once you signed the paper even if the motor blows up in our parking lot it’s yours you deal with it. Apparently they rig them up enough to get rid of them. Thought they were a reputable car lot but I guess not!

  If I could give no stars, I certainly would. I was 8 months pregnant and had a 2 year old. My only vehicle broke down days prior and I was desperate. Heard this place was a good business, so that’s where I went. They sold me a 2013 equinox for 7000. That was every penny of my savings but with a new baby coming soon I had to have a reliable vehicle on hand. Fast forward a little less than 2 months later, the vehicle blew up on me while driving with my week old infant in the backseat in 90 degree weather. I immediately called the dealership. They told me that was the chance I took on a used car. I left 4 different messages for the manager over the next few weeks pleading for him to call me. He finally did, three months later. I asked him to help me somehow. I hoped he would let me get another vehicle and make payments at least, take the broke one back. Let me use some of the 7000 I gave them for a down payment. He told me he would call me back. Never heard back from him and I left many messages for the next few weeks. Finally gave up. Absolutely devastating experience.
