He instilled a trust in me so that I even agreed to let him replace my windshield wipers! It's quite a feat to get Rachel to do that before she has had an opportunity to do her own research to see how long they should last! LOL! I did have a bit of a wait, more than usual. But the interactions with the technician made me forget all about the longer than normal wait!!! Thank you!
