After saying no 4 times to brake cleaner as I had already bought some the last time I was there, he made a comment that "50 no's mean yes". As a female this made me very uncomfortable and was not appropriate whatsoever. I would like to speak to the general manager of this location further about my experience but the phone number on the outside of the store that says "General Manager" just calls the store. Also told me that my brakes would be free with the purchase of my rotors but my receipt reflects otherwise? I buy stuff for my cars pretty often and it's safe to say that I will never step back in this store again, and I recommend others to do the same so long as this guy is working there.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
