  My mother in law and I went to go pick up her car on Wednesday. We requested a SUV since there was ice all over the road that my mother in law lives on. They did not have one so Cassidy told us she would put in a reservation for Friday to pick up an suv. My mother in law had just been in a very traumatic car crash where she slid on the ice and ended up with her car underwater and sitting in 22 degree water for 30 minutes while waiting for the fire department. We understandably didn’t want that to happen again, hence the need for the SUV with all wheel drive. She gets there today and there was a completely different worker there. Her name started with a J I’m not sure on the name and will update when I find out. She not only told her that she couldn’t get a SUV, but was extremely rude to her and had 3 different people cut her in line and helped them before her. Even though her reservation was before theirs. It took calling Cassidy and having her tell the lady to give her an SUV before she would. She was even more rude after that. She told my mother in law to get her stuff out of the car. She explained she needed the new vehicle to move her stuff into because she had just gotten groceries. She parked the SUV on the complete opposite side of the parking lot and took the keys to her previous rental and made her walk all of her groceries and personal items (including a 40 pound bag of dog food) across the parking lot to put it in the SUV. She’s almost 60, and a very tiny woman. I am beyond angry that she was treated like this.

  This is the second time that we had to get a rental while our car was being repaired. Enterprise is definitely the one you need to contact when needing a rental car. The staff is awesome and they know their job!!! Thank you Enterprise

  I wish it would let me give zero stars. Awful customer service. I was called an hour before my scheduled pick up and told they did not have a car. It had been set up 3 weeks prior. I had someone pick me up at the body shop since I was already there 45 minutes away. They found me a car at a different site, but refused to meet me at the original agreed upon location. I had to have someone drive me 45 minutes to get my vehicle when it was finished. Will not use them again.
