The manager of the subway showed up 15mins late and said that it would be a 10-15min wait til we could get anything. As someone who has always worked in a fast food establishment you should already be there before opening, prepping and getting things ready for your customers. Do better. Because “someone called in” you have to know that before ahead of time sounds like she just wanted to make an excuse.
