They literally texted me everyday to update (mom doesn’t text so I relayed those daily messages to her) The original expected date of completion they provided to me was Jan 17 ; however within a week of that quote, a text was received stating it was ready for pick up!! My mom was ecstatic!!! 😊 💜 Unfortunately I had to go in to work and being a nurse, my schedule is unpredictable and so the day of availability I was not able to take her for pick up snd I’m her only resource! 😢 Hudson Collision Ctr said that was fine as they allow for payment to be accepted via phone call utilizing a bank or credit card and then we could pick moms car up any day/any time that worked for either of us! Mom paid after hearing this information. Hudson Collision Ctr ended up calling her back saying if ok with her, they would be more than happy to bring her vehicle to her! In all honestly it actually was difficult to find a good time/date since I work all the time!! 😞 They went ABOVE AND BEYOND to accommodate and ensure that she received her car by delivering it right to her house!!! That spoke volumes to my mother and I! 😊 💜 The car is in perfect condition as they did a wonderful job!! Once again, we HIGHLY recommend them!!! Thanks Hudson workers and Happy Holidays!! 🥰 🦃 🎄 🎅 💞
