- MSMs. Carly Jean Smith6 days ago1.0This place truly should NOT be allowed to advertise being open til 8pm because without warning, with 6 cars currently using the vacuums which are included in the price of the wash, they will turn them off on you. Im flabbergasted about how unprofessionally rude that is. If i would have been told I had until 730 I would have not wasted my money. Now I get to go pay for a second car wash to finish my carpet. My car on the outside was still very dirty in several spots and tires looked like they didn't even get water on them at all. The hoses to the vacuums were on the floor and while they had a minimum of 5 employees walking around the line to even get into the wash was so long when I paid I had to wait several minutes to even be able to advance under the pole that raises to let you in. The car wash on Bardstown Road that is very similar to this offers towels and interior cleaner and glass cleaner nor do they close earlier then they advertised to. I will continue to give them my twice a week car wash funds and recommendation and I will tell everyone I know about my terrible experience at this location. I won't be back.
