Bought the cheapest wash they had just to get the bugs off, and intended to spend most of my time cleaning out the inside. Zack (employee) noticed that the wash hadn't done much for my front end as it was behind a grill guard. He took the time to hose off and rewash the front by hand. He also took out all my floor mats and scrubbed them off. He dried everything before he moved on. He really went above and beyond. Thank you so much Zack!
