  Timothy is very patient and kind! He helped me with my oil change with my three young kiddos! I highly recommend this Valvoline. They are so accommodating and great to work with!

  Got in line and was immediatly recognized, and approached. I told them I was here for an oil change. A few minutes later I was told the car in front of me was having extended service done, and it would be a bit of a delay...ugh! After about ten total minutes I was told they were wrapping up , and the manager would provide me a discount for the delay. Dustin took care of me and turned a potential disappointing situation in to a positive by managing expectations, and providing the discount as promised. It was even better than the coupon I showed him. Great job by Dustin and his team! Mark Eddy
