- TET EllisMar 31, 20262.0Welp! I hate to post negative, but I don’t have a positive feedback. Ok, so the staff are nice people. Meanwhile, the oil drain plug on my car was just removed with fingertips at a nearby mechanic shop (Christian Brothers) after draining out most of the oil for a second time from this shop. That means that no tool was used to tighten the oil plug after my last oil change. After it started a rattling noise because of no/low oil, I towed it in to be inspected. Lesson learned. From now on, I will take it to a reputable and reliable shop that operates with diligence. This location is convenient, but basic maintenance practices not performed nearly cost me an engine.
