- LFLakiaya F1 day ago5.0Julio and James are so awesome, I had a hood that couldn’t open they recommended me to Roger’s on greenwood and said they was good people and in fact they was and had very reasonable prices and I came right back. they put the oil in my car and told me I had a leak and informed me and took their time explaining everything. They asked me all the things I need to see if I would like to get it done today although I only chose one of the three they was not pushing me and making me feel like had no choice that’s one thing I hate about other valvoline shops bombarding you with 16 things and making you feel like it’s do or die. Especially when you had in mind to spend 50 not 200. But thy was amazing !!!

- NBNathan BowlingApr 22, 20265.0Just had gotten an oil change at the Dixie location, and I just wanted to say Shane, Julio, and James all did a wonderful job. was in and out in less than ten minutes, they made the time fly by, were very proactive, and engaging the whole time, overall had a amazing experience, I will definitely continue going to that location.
- CSCathy ScottApr 13, 20261.0Zero there was only two employees there they checked boxes on things they did not complete on my oil change I'm not sure what all they put in my vehicle I was told one thing but they did something else from a blue container point all they checked that they checked my tires they checked that they check different fluids they did not do any of these things but on my printout it states that they checked all of these things and everything was fine which they did not they are had also had to tell the young man aren't you going to show me my oil where it's at and if I did not ask they would not have shown me truly disappointed with this service on this date on Saturday April 11th 2026 around 9:00 a.m...
