  Sales rep. Zieben Leal knowingly overcharged me for service. I came in to get two tires mounted & balanced, plus rotating two more. I was instead charged for mounting and balancing 4 wheels (Invoice#: ITW-1064058592). I called the store the day after, and he insisted that the price was right and that he billed a 4 wheel mount and balance instead of 2 mount and balance + 2 rotation because it would "cost less". I called another store (store 61) to verify that I had been overcharged, and was told I was incorrectly billed and to call store 64 back. Store 64 did not answer the phone after several attempts. In addition to this, I was told my other two tires that were not replaced were bad because they only had 3/32nd tread depth remaining and they had recommended I buy new tires. Using a simple tire tread depth gauge, one tire showed 5.5/32nds and the other showed 6/32nds. Neither were down to the wear indicators. Overall horrible experience, please take your business to another company. Stores like this are the reason people distrust mechanic shops.

  I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this place. The service here is absolutely garbage. My experience today was truly terrible. I came in for an oil change, and the mechanic was completely unprofessional; he failed to properly inspect the engine. As a result, my car started leaking oil while I was on the road, lost power, and the warning alarms kept blaring. When I returned to the shop, the manager had an atrocious attitude and tried to dodge the issue entirely. I have been coming here for service for three years, yet this is how they treat their customers. Therefore, I urge everyone—do not come here under any circumstances. You won't realize what a nightmare this place is until you’ve experienced it firsthand.

  I bought a tire online and had tire discounters put it on. Over the phone I was told it would be $35.99 to put the tire on. When I came in the paper said $40.99. Total being over $50 after all kinds of fees. I asked for my old tire back so that did take off the disposal fee bringing my total to $48. They do not tell you about all fees prior. Also, there was a black oil handprint on my passenger door handle I just bought the car in February and it’s white. Which I feel is just sloppy and disrespectful. Im not even sure why they were opening the passenger door. Also noticed a little black on the leather interior drivers door. I don’t like the idea of some greasy oily person leaving black all in my brand new very clean car. They could have wiped it off.

  TAKING A CUSTOMERS CAR ON JOYRIDE. Service Originally wasn’t going to be done that day. now the tire did come in and they never told me as I’m getting a ride back to this location to be dropped off for grab another ride, as I’m driving in I see my car leaving the shop and the mechanic was gone for more than 30 min with my Nissan 370z. Note when he was leaving he wasn’t shifting the car and was staying in one gear. The transmission is already going bad and that’s making it worse. After a while I made them call him and tell him to get back with my car. All I was getting done was a tire replacement. He stated that he drove to the menards to get the tire sensor light off which has been on for 8+ months Note the menards is 0.5 miles away. I know for a facts he didn’t just take it there. You don’t need to take a 30 trip to test out a tire. Last time o got my tires done with this company they simply handed me the keys. Absolutely Ridiculous.
