Turns out when I asked them to make sure the inspection that came with my services was done correctly I trusted them. Now I am stuck far from home with a hot car not holding coolant. I call to ask why they missed it if my fluids were checked. I get told by one manager that "his master mechanic doesn't make mistakes" when I ask you speak to Chester I am told flat out that I did not hear what I heard. If my radiator was damaged it was from an accident 2 months ago. Yet somehow they missed it. I'm supposed to never call them again after I spent neatly $700 on tires that have a warranty and road Hazzard care. How dare I say I'm going to take my business elsewhere because they won't even admit the mechanic might have missed something. Didn't miss the extra $1,000 of other stuff I couldn't afford to have done though. I wanted 2 different managers to have accountability for mistakes that could cost someone their car. They wanted to inspect it so they could charge me to fix something they should have caught when they had my car in the air.
- DIDoug IsbelFeb 22, 20261.0Rude as any place ive ever been company truck got 2 flats limpped my truck there to be told they woukdt even walk out to tell me what it was then said cant help me till after 6 but yet the close at 6 and it was 11am then I asked if I could get air guy told me air is for paying customers damn Shane so I drove another 2 or 3 miles to big o tires where they treated me like family came at and looked at the company truck told me the issue so the company spent almost 900$ getting all new tires i wont ever go to a tire discounters again and glad the money went to a company the appreciated my business
