  This past Friday I was on my way to work when I noticed one of my tires was going flat. I have driven past this location several times but have never utilized their services prior to this. Im glad I remembered this location, because when I pulled up it was not too busy. I cannot remember the lady's name, but when I was greeted, she had me taken care of quickly and set up to have my tire looked at. She stated it may be about 45 minutes. With 3 people waiting, I figured it may take a bit for my tire to be fixed, but too my surprise i think I was only there for about 20 minutes if that long. Turns out I had a screw in my tire, but they had me back out on the road and on my way to work in pretty good time. Everyone I interacted with was kind and professional. The waiting area was pretty clean, not like sitting at a dirty service station like some other businesses I have been to in the past. I will be coming back here for any future needs for my vehicle, and I want to thank all of the staff for their hard work and determination to do a great job!

  I was pleasantly surprised with my experience today. I experienced a blowout of my tire and made it just barely into their parking lot. As soon as I walked in, I felt seen and I felt heard. There’s a woman I did not feel that I was being taken advantage of By price inflation. All my questions were answered, and I did not feel rushed or pressured to make a choice and I was able to ask multiple questions multiple times and still felt that I was not being rushed. I went ahead and bought four new tires and I got a call from Adam and he was able to replace my two front brake pads that were Severely worn. They pulled my car in while I was waiting for my Uber. Everything was completed in my car was ready to be picked up in just under three hours. Very satisfied with my experience and I will continue to be a customer of this location specifically.

  I have ALWAYS heard great things about tire discounters. So I brought in a set of four wheels to put tires on. Bad idea. This place has the "venture capital" stank all over it. Were they bought out recently? They took more than a day to mount my tires which has never happened before, excusable sure, but then they made me stand around on the sidewalk waiting for the tires to appear on pickup. I asked after a while whats up and the counter guy goes "oh yeah". Bad start. Then I get home and go to mount the wheels. They were filthy and I had asked that they be cleaned and were untouched. Then I realized they didn't even replace the valve stem caps, and furthermore, 2/4 were missing. It's hard to imagine they replaced the valve cores either. I called to complain and the dude on the phone tried to argue with me that valve stem caps are not important and "not really a safety feature" which is terrifying coming from a tire shop. Gee I wonder what the o-ring on a valve stem cap is for. Just decoration I suppose. Who knew some features on car tires are just optional! The tires appear to be properly mounted but the sloppy workmanship is not acceptable.

  Today I had the pleasure of working with Jacob and Chuck… both were very kind and informative! Kristi and Adam helped me set up my appointment and are also awesome! I really enjoy using this location for any car maintenance needs and trust they are honest and reliable.
