Received confirmation through text. 10 minutes prior to the appointment got a phone call letting me know that the system was double booking customers. I was on my way so I just went in. Then was told there were 4 customers ahead of me and 1 person working. So much for scheduling anything online. Thanked them, then left. First and last experience with Tire Discounters presuming I can find another tire seller in the area.

Service was quick too - took less than an hour. I’ve always had long waits at Big O. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Every staff member I had an interaction with was friendly and helpful. I will absolutely be returning here when I need it!
